The Leader of the Christian Party is taking a case to the European Court of Human Rights against the Equality and Human Rights Commission. The EHRC wrote to their guest house in Mid Wales Wales that a sentence on their website ‘double rooms for married couples may be available’ breached equalities law.
Jeff Green complains that the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHCR) is targeting Christian businesses while ignoring the discrimination of guesthouses advertising themselves as ‘men only’.
