About Kevin

MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD THIS ELECTION

Picture
This hastily called by-election, soon after the resignation of former MP Chris Huhne, has given the people of Eastleigh an opportunity to have their say on how the current coalition Government is doing the business of politics. We in the Christian Party believe that major changes to our laws should be indicated in an election manifesto or decided by a national Referendum. We do not agree with this Government's forced political agenda.

Why could the Conservative-Lib Dem coalition not wait another two years to include same-sex marriage in their party manifesto for 2015?

We urge the people of Eastleigh to use this opportunity to voice their opinion.

If you believe that the people of this nation have been ignored by its political leaders, then make your voice heard by voting for Kevin Milburn on 28th February 2013.

A former Prison Officer and now a local Pastor, Kevin Milburn, 60, has lived in Eastleigh for nearly 30 years. He has two grown up children, two grand children and has been married to his wife Linda, for 41 years.

Running for parliament is somewhat as a surprise to him and his family. His friends and relatives know him to be a man of strong morals, caring attitude and always ready to defend the underdog.

Thirty three years in the prison services has taught me the importance of applying fairness and justice equably.
Kevin Milburn
Kevin says the Government are out of touch over the issue of how important marriage is to the majority of folk in this nation. Whilst canvassing he met many people afraid to speak on this subject for fear of being labelled 'bigots'.
